NCT ID NCT07377006
Summary
This study is creating and testing a new educational tool to help prostate cancer patients understand and complete recommended genetic testing. Researchers will work with 108 patients at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital to identify barriers to testing and see if their decision support tool improves testing rates. The tool provides culturally tailored information about genetic testing and helps patients make informed decisions about whether to proceed with testing.
