This study will compare four different ways of following up with men after they have been treated for prostate cancer: hospital visits, GP visits, shared care, or self-management. The goal is to see which approach is safest, most effective, and makes the best use of NHS resources. Over 100,000 men across England will be included, and researchers will track cancer recurrence, side effects, and costs.
