Summary
This study will compare four different approaches to follow-up care after curative prostate cancer treatment to determine which works best. It will track 100,000 men across England who have completed initial treatment, comparing hospital visits, GP care, shared care, and self-monitoring approaches. The goal is to identify which follow-up strategy best catches cancer recurrence, manages side effects, and uses NHS resources efficiently.
