Summary
This study looks at 100,000 men in the UK who had surgery or radiation to cure their prostate cancer. It compares four ways of doing follow-up check-ups: hospital visits, GP visits, shared care, or self-care. The goal is to find which method works best for catching cancer return and managing side effects, while also being cost-effective for the NHS.
