New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called tinengotinib to standard prostate cancer medications is safe and effective for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The trial will enroll 50 participants who are already taking either abiraterone or enzalutamide but whose cancer is still progressing. Researchers want to see if this combination can better control the cancer while causing few or manageable side effects.
