Summary
This small, early-stage study aimed to check the safety and side effects of combining two drugs, abemaciclib and darolutamide, for men with advanced prostate cancer that had spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. It involved 10 participants and looked at how well the body handled the drug combination. The main goal was to see if the two drugs could be given together safely, not to prove they were highly effective.
