Summary

This study tested a new micro-ultrasound system to see if it can better find and outline prostate cancer. Researchers took detailed ultrasound images from 95 men before biopsy or surgery and compared them to standard tests and tissue samples. The goal is to develop more accurate tools for detecting and mapping prostate cancer.
