New biopsy approach aims to find prostate cancer more precisely

Summary
This study compares two different biopsy methods to improve prostate cancer detection. Researchers want to see if a simpler, more targeted approach can find significant cancers as well as the current standard method while causing less discomfort. About 600 men who need their first prostate biopsy will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two biopsy approaches.
