Summary

This study compares two types of internal radiation (brachytherapy) for men with early-stage prostate cancer. The goal is to see which method better preserves quality of life, especially urinary function. About 140 men with favorable or low-risk intermediate prostate cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either low dose rate or high dose rate brachytherapy.
