Summary
This study follows 1,500 people with heart failure who already have an implantable defibrillator (ICD). The goal is to learn which patients are at highest risk of sudden cardiac death by looking at heart structure, electrical signals, genetics, and blood markers. This information may help doctors decide who truly needs an ICD replacement in the future.
