Summary

This study compared two sedative drugs, propofol and remifentanil, for people having a routine gastroscopy (a camera down the throat to check the stomach). The goal was to see which drug helps patients recover faster, causes fewer side effects, and keeps the doctor satisfied. 80 adults took part, and researchers measured recovery time, complications, and overall experience.
