Summary
This study tests a training program for pregnancy doctors and nurses to help them better counsel patients about workplace rights and accommodations. It will see if this training leads to more documented counseling, fewer job-related problems like wage loss, and better health outcomes for mothers and babies. The study involves training healthcare providers and surveying about 300 pregnant patients to compare results.
