Summary

This study looks at whether training obstetric providers to counsel patients about workplace accommodations helps pregnant women keep their wages, get needed changes at work, and improve health for themselves and their babies. About 400 pregnant patients and their healthcare providers will take part. The goal is to see if this training leads to better job and health outcomes compared to usual care.
