Summary

This study looks at how prolonged exposure therapy helps people with PTSD. Researchers will measure brain activity, stress responses, and symptoms before, during, and after 10 therapy sessions. The goal is to understand why the therapy works and who benefits most. 50 adults with PTSD will participate.
