NCT ID NCT06875843

First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

About 30% of autistic children barely speak even after years of therapy. This study tests a new approach that uses specific responses and encouragement to help children aged 2 to 5 who use few or no words. The goal is to increase both the number and quality of sounds and words they produce. The study involves 20 children and measures how well the therapy works compared to standard interactions.
