Summary

This study tests a program called Project ReBond that provides counseling, job help, and peer support to people serving their first or second prison sentence in Hong Kong. The goal is to reduce the chance they will commit new crimes after release. Researchers will compare 300 participants who get the program plus usual services to those who only get usual services, tracking them for over a year.
