Summary

This study aimed to create a mindfulness and stress reduction program for young adult Black men (ages 18-29) living in high-stress neighborhoods. The goal was to see if the program could help reduce daily marijuana and alcohol use and lower stress from racism and daily life. The study was terminated early and enrolled 22 participants.
