Summary

This study tests a 6-month online program designed to help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) increase their physical activity. Researchers want to see if the program improves walking, thinking, fatigue, mood, and quality of life. About 280 adults with MS who are not very active will take part, and their progress will be tracked for a year.
