Summary
This study is for people aged 65 and older who are admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). Researchers want to see if combining a blood test (CALLY index), a frailty score, and a severity score (SOFA-2) can better predict who might die in the ICU compared to standard methods. The goal is to improve care for older, critically ill patients.
