Summary

This study tests a new type of MRI that looks at how the heart uses energy. It aims to help doctors decide which patients with blocked arteries and heart failure will benefit most from bypass surgery. About 30 adults with heart disease and healthy volunteers will get this special scan. The goal is to see if the scan can better identify heart muscle that can recover after surgery.
