Summary
This study tests if taking progesterone as a vaginal pill early in pregnancy can prevent preeclampsia, a serious condition involving high blood pressure. About 642 low-risk pregnant women will either receive progesterone or standard care. The goal is to see if this simple treatment lowers the risk of developing preeclampsia.
