NCT ID NCT05091866
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tested whether natural progesterone, a hormone, could help control tumor growth in patients with recurrent glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer). Only 4 patients were enrolled before the study was stopped. The goal was to find the right dose and check for side effects, not to cure the disease.
