Summary
This pilot study is testing whether giving progesterone (17 OHPC) to pregnant women diagnosed with preeclampsia before 34 weeks can improve outcomes for both mother and baby. The study will enroll 60 participants at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Researchers will monitor blood pressure and other health measures to see if the treatment helps manage the condition.
