Summary
This study is testing if a diabetes prevention program that also provides free fruits and vegetables works better than the standard program alone. It will enroll 100 adults at risk for type 2 diabetes who face challenges like food insecurity. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps people lose weight, improve their diet, and better manage their health to prevent diabetes.
