Summary
This study looked at two ways to give free produce to adults with overweight or obesity who struggle to afford healthy food. One group got vouchers to buy produce at a local market, while the other had boxes of fresh fruits and vegetables delivered to their home. Researchers wanted to see which method helped people eat more produce and lose weight over 8 weeks.
