Summary
This study looked at the best way to give free fruits and vegetables to adults who are overweight and struggle to afford healthy food. 48 participants were split into two groups: one got weekly vouchers to buy produce, the other got home-delivered boxes tailored to their preferences. Researchers tracked how well people stuck with the program and measured changes in diet and weight over 8 weeks.
