Summary

This study looked at whether giving free produce vouchers to adults with chronic kidney disease who also have trouble affording food can improve their health and quality of life. One hundred participants were randomly assigned to receive vouchers every two weeks for six months or to a control group. Researchers measured changes in food security, diet, mental health, and kidney-related health markers.
