First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looked at the safety of giving PROCHYMAL (a stem cell therapy) again to 73 adults with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease that did not get better with standard treatments. Participants had already received PROCHYMAL in a previous study. The goal was to see if retreatment was safe and could help control the disease. The study did not aim to cure Crohn's, but to manage it.
