Summary

This study looks at whether probiotics and prebiotics can safely help control appetite and weight gain in 60 children with Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare genetic condition that causes severe obesity. The children will take the supplements and be monitored for changes in body mass index, body fat, and gut bacteria. The goal is to find a new way to manage obesity in these children.
