Summary
This study tests whether taking a probiotic supplement can help adults with COPD feel less short of breath and improve their daily symptoms. About 60 participants will take either a probiotic or a placebo for 16 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in breathing, lung function, and inflammation. The goal is to see if probiotics offer a simple, safe way to manage COPD symptoms.
