Summary
This study tests whether taking probiotics during chemotherapy can reduce common side effects like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. About 40 adults with stage III colon cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either probiotics or a placebo. The main goal is to see if such a trial is practical, while also tracking how probiotics affect gut-related side effects.
