Summary

This study is testing if adding a specific probiotic (Lactobacillus johnsonii) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy helps people with certain advanced cancers. It will enroll 156 adults with advanced lung, breast, or stomach cancer that has progressed after prior immunotherapy. The main goal is to see if the probiotic helps control the cancer for longer.
