Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a probiotic pill called R-5780 is safe and tolerable for people with advanced solid tumors who are already receiving a standard immunotherapy. The goal is to see if adding this probiotic can help control the cancer and improve quality of life. Researchers will monitor side effects, measure the probiotic's presence, and ask patients how they are feeling.
