Summary
This study explores whether taking probiotics (good bacteria) during chemotherapy for stage III colon cancer is practical and safe. About 40 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either probiotics or a placebo. The main goal is to see if a larger trial is possible, while also checking if probiotics reduce stomach issues like nausea, poor appetite, and diarrhea.
