Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether adding an oral probiotic (R-5780) to standard immunotherapy is safe for people with advanced solid tumors. The main goal is to see if the probiotic causes side effects and how it affects patients' quality of life. Researchers will also check if the probiotic changes gut bacteria and inflammation levels.
