Summary

This study tests whether taking a daily probiotic called Weizmannia (Bacillus) coagulans JBI-YZ6.3 can ease constipation and improve overall gut health in healthy, physically active adults aged 18 to 50. About 30 participants will receive both the probiotic and a placebo at different times to compare effects. The goal is to see if this supplement offers real relief for common digestive discomfort.
