Summary

This study tested whether taking a specific probiotic (Limosilactobacillus reuteri) can improve gum health in adults with braces who also have gingivitis (gum inflammation). One hundred participants either received the probiotic or no supplement. Researchers measured gum bleeding and plaque buildup to see if the probiotic helped reduce inflammation.
