Summary

This observational study looks at 100 adults with metabolic syndrome to see if eating a pro-inflammatory diet is linked to more severe gum disease (periodontitis). Participants will have their gum health checked and fill out a food questionnaire. The goal is to understand how diet-related inflammation might affect oral health in this group.
