Summary

This study is testing whether regular electronic surveys can help people with advanced cancer report their symptoms and care needs, so their doctors can connect them to palliative (supportive) care services more quickly. About 90 adults with incurable solid tumors will participate. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and can improve access to care that eases symptoms and supports quality of life.
