Major trial tests best way to boost radiation for prostate cancer

Summary
This study compares different ways to give extra radiation to the prostate for men with localized prostate cancer. About 1,200 men will be randomly assigned to standard radiation alone or standard radiation plus a boost using one of three techniques. The goal is to see which approach best controls cancer while limiting side effects.
