First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested a digital tool (PRISM) that helps pharmacists prescribe birth control. 75 women at five U.S. pharmacies used the tool and later answered surveys about their care and whether they kept using their chosen method. The goal was to see if this pharmacy-based approach provides high-quality, patient-friendly contraceptive services.
