Summary

This study tested whether a drug called PrimeC is safe and can help slow down ALS. For six months, 69 people with ALS took either PrimeC or a placebo pill twice daily, while continuing their standard ALS medications. Researchers checked for side effects and measured changes in physical function, breathing, and quality of life.
