Summary
This study aims to understand why some Black individuals develop primary aldosteronism, a condition where adrenal gland tumors cause severe high blood pressure. Researchers will examine the genes of 1,150 participants with difficult-to-control blood pressure to identify genetic causes. The study includes extensive testing and may offer treatment options like surgery or medication to participants.
