Experimental CAR-T therapy targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial
NCT ID NCT05694364
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested an experimental cell therapy called PRGN-3007 UltraCAR-T in 3 adults with advanced blood cancers (like leukemia and lymphoma) or triple-negative breast cancer. The main goal was to find a safe dose and see if the treatment could shrink tumors. Because patients may need ongoing care, this is a disease-control approach, not a cure.
