Summary
This study tested which of two special membranes made from a patient's own blood (PRGF or CGF) helps bone heal better around dental implants placed right after a tooth is pulled. Twenty adults with a damaged front tooth received an implant plus one of the membranes and a bone graft. The goal was to see which membrane leads to stronger bone and less gum recession around the implant.
