NCT ID NCT05787509
First seen Jun 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether giving vaginal progesterone for a longer time can lower the chance of preterm birth in women who get pregnant through IVF with a fresh embryo. About 100 women aged 20-40 with a single baby will take part. Researchers will compare preterm birth rates and live birth outcomes between those who get extended progesterone and those who don't.
