Summary

This study tests whether taking short, 5-minute exercise breaks at work can prevent muscle and joint pain in workers. 150 active workers will either do strength exercises or stretching exercises every day for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure physical fitness and pain levels to see which type of exercise works best.
