Summary

This study tests a low-cost, one-hour program called CARE to prevent mood, anxiety, and trauma symptoms after cesarean delivery. It is for pregnant people at high risk due to medical complications. The program includes education and a brief exposure to the operating room to reduce fear of fear. Researchers will refine the program with input from patients and staff, then test it in a small pilot trial.
