Summary
This study tested a program that combines diet advice, exercise, medication review, and social support to prevent frailty in older adults who are already showing early signs of weakness. 232 people aged 70 and older took part. Half received the program, and half received usual care. The goal was to see if the program could help maintain muscle strength and function, and prevent further decline.
