Summary
This study tested a family-focused program designed to prevent depression in children whose mothers have a history of depression. It involved 73 children aged 8-12 and their mothers, who participated in 8 online sessions. The main goal was to see if the program could improve how children's brains respond to positive rewards, which is a key factor in preventing future depression.
