NCT ID NCT07267897
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether giving children a special mist (lidocaine or salt water) to breathe before tonsil surgery can prevent breathing problems after the operation. About 90 children aged 1.5 to 16 years will take part. The goal is to see if this simple step can reduce complications like low oxygen levels or coughing, helping kids recover more safely.
